At Midnight Bake Club, I share small batch desserts for all of your late night cravings. On MBC, you'll find a collection of small batch baking recipes that are simple to make, ridiculously delicious, and use pantry staple ingredients.
As much as I love baking late into the night, I rarely need a big batch of cookies. It's just me and my husband after all lol. That's why I like to create small-batch desserts that we can enjoy while drinking wine and watching movies on a cozy Saturday night.
As a trained pastry chef, I have made hundreds of fancy and complicated desserts. But at home, I like to keep things easy, fun, & stress-free. From cookies and cupcakes to brownies and muffins, each and every recipe is simple-to-bake and makes 8 servings or less.
Recipe testing
Every single recipe on Midnight Bake Club is tested multiple times before I hit publish. No really, I will test a recipe dozens of times to make sure it comes out perfect!
I have been baking most of these recipes since I was a student in pastry school, so I can assure you that they're tried-and-true. I also test my recipes in both grams and cups.
Baking in grams is definitely my #1 recommendation because it's the only way to ensure the recipe will come out perfectly. However, cups measurements are included for those who don't have a kitchen scale.
Please do not post my recipes on your social media, blogs, or websites without my written permission. If you want to share one of my recipes, please send me an email or direct people to find the recipe on my website with a link to the post.
Photos
Photography is my favorite part of my job! Every picture on this site is styled and shot by me in my home studio. I never hire out my photography.

Comment Policy
I LOVE reading your comments and hearing that you and your loved ones are fans of my recipes. Seriously, it makes me cry happy tears!
I am also open to constructive feedback if you didn't love one of my recipes. We all have different tastes so it happens from time-to-time! If you leave a negative review that is kind, respectful, and/or helpful, I will approve the comment and leave a reply. I will also do my best to answer any questions in a timely manner.
On the other hand, I absolutely do not tolerate comments that are rude, inconsiderate, irrelevant, disrespectful, or obnoxious. I reserve the right to delete any comments that violate this policy.

Leaving a star rating the best way you can support your favorite food bloggers! I so appreciate when you leave a 5-star review. And of course, I am always open to hearing constructive feedback on reviews that are less than 5-stars. This also helps others in the community know if a recipe is worth trying.

Midnight Bake Club is 100% owned and operated by yours truly. From brainstorming recipes to washing dishes to writing optimized posts, your girl is doing the work. I am also a real life human being which means I will make a mistake here and there.
